Oklahoma Fit offers Youth Athletic Training hosted by JD Marchese BS Kin, CFL-1. With 15+ years in custom build programming, JD has created an energizing curriculum for youth athletes of any sport (7-14 years of age) that focuses of fundamentals such as Speed/ Agility, Strength/ Conditioning, & Core Stability/ Mobility. This small group, co-ed style of class is perfect for athletes of any fitness level, from beginner to advanced.
